I thought it very interesting that "Lung cancer research - M.D. Anderson Center (Research, Development, Test and Evaluation - Army)", was listed under "Defence" appropriations and was allocated $4,500,000.00. Compared to the "Air Force, Dyess AFB, Fitness Center", listed under MILCON appropriation and was allocated $12,813,000.00. (NOT A51 RELATED)
