Nuclear explosion without radiation. That's what I heard about blimps. US patent on this also. Fill a bag with methane/oxygen 1-1 ratio, ignite it with electric grid from a transmitter in Alaska, if target is over the horizon bounce signal off moon. Transmitter is also good for flooding target area with positive charged ions before attack. Takes the fight out of the defenders. Was used in Iraq.
