(for some reason this post didn't make it through so I'll try again) Let me calrify what I stated earlier about possible black aircraft testing near Kwajalein. The original U.S Army agreement for use of some of the Marshal Islands( Kwajalein Atoll, Bikini Atoll an Enewetak) as the USAKA missile test range was extended from expiring in 2016 until 2086. The agreement included this mission statement.: use options of the USAKA range include support of US nuclear tests,missile testing hypersonics testing,missile defense and intelligence collection. If I recall corectly, AVWK ran an article a few years back that a small landing strip on one of the atolls was used for recovery operations of hypersonic test shapes launched into high-speed high-arcs from missiles. I'll have to go through my old AVWK stacks to find but I know i have it somehwere. Basing a hypersonic test program in the middle of a nuclear testing area does seem ludicrous .. or wait..
