Actually, Jim Bob told me about that spot. The guard shack is new (less that a year), but they don't seem to mind people hanging out there. Some people park on the dirt on that empty lot just high enough to see over the fence, maybe 50ft back from the fence. At that distance, 50ft isn't a big deal.
