What you see is what you get. According to the best available documentation and interviews with former Site personnel, everything is on the surface.

It makes sense. It is just as easy to hide something in a building above ground as it is underground, but much less expensive. There would be no reason for underground facilities.

Building such facilities would be needlessly expensive and complicated. The ideal time to build a subterranean infrastructure would have been at the beginning of permanent construction. Adding it later would be extremely difficult and would probably not have escaped public scrutiny.

Use Occam's Razor: The simplest answer is usually the correct one.
