If there were a connection with Dugway, you would see some Beech Janet activity between the bases. The King Air flights from LAS to SLC (let alone any bases) are pretty rare. The UTTR, NTTR, Edwards and China Lake airspace radar and instrumentation is linked via a data network. I think the high speed flight corridoor mentioned is the only real connection between Groom and the other sites.
