This is the best way I know how if you are between the ages of 17-34. With the skills you learn from the Satcom career field 2E1X1, you will be qualified for the majority of jobs at www.jt3.com. If everything goes right you could be working at the lake 18 months from now. Contact the Air Force Guard or Reserve recruiter.
The Air Force is starting up a Reserve/Guard Predator UAV unit in Las Vegas. Intel/Computers/Communication career fields in this unit will need a Top Secret Clearance. Takes about a year after you join for the clearance to go through. After you have your TS apply for jobs at www.JT3.com Remember Guard and Reserve is only A weekend a month. So a Full time job with JT3 is very feasable. Also Bechtol Nevada has some cool job openings. Good Luck, PM me if you have any questions.
