03/12/01 - ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE, Md. (AFPN) -- Two computer-crime investigators from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations were instrumental in bringing computer-hacking charges against a New Hampshire teen-ager whom was sentenced March 9.

Why don't these teenagers hack Groom networks? Could you be charged for hacking the computers in a place that doesn't exist?
