I take it you mean football field sized, not football sized, since I doubt many people would see it if it is silent and that small. However, you are correct, it isn't a blimp. Blimps are shaped by their gasbags. The vehicle they would be refering to is most likely a hybrid aircraft, a cross between a dirigible and an airplane. Dirigibles are "rigid body" airships. eg, their structure defines their shape. If you go back to the early 80's, you can see many drawings from within the U.S. and Britain for such large triangular hybrid aircraft.

FYI, people within the military eat ice cream, including Strawberry. Sorry to shock you with such information, but it's true.
