One more clarification and then I'll be quiet- Seems like even TACAMO refers to the old EC-135 while "NEACP" (pronouced Knee-cap) may refer to the new platform on the E-4B -747. There are many websites that mingle the models and nicknames of the new and old platforms, so I don't know who is correct, although I suspect the correct term is Kneecap. Hmmmph. Funny, one of the threads I found discussed a Looking Glass that was dumping fuel from inboard fuel vents on the EC-135 and that reminded me of the heated "The Government is Spraying us With Chemicals" discussion that inflamed this board a while back.
