This site is a valued resource for me. Although I don't live that far away, lack of funds and other circumstances prevent me from making the trip.

Someday I'll have GPS and a milair scanner, and maybe even a Unimog with a fully stocked fridge...;)

Until then, I think the Groom Lake Rd dirt-in-a jar on ebay is an excellent idea, Joerg. Somebody will buy it.

If they harass you about taking fill from public land, just tell them you are retrieving the rubber from your tires, and will be glad to return it if they refund the federal excise tax you paid on the rubber...
