Site 300 isn't exactly a secret (see website). Prior to 9/11, they would let you tour the site if you had a large enough group. They revamped the website, removing that invitation. They also removed info on how to use the card reader to enter the facility and lots of other insider info.

There is an off road park right across the street from site 300. If you are good with a dirt bike, you could get on the hill that may have a view.

Eventually they are going to open it up to 4WD vehicles, which is when I plan to snoop on it. [Nevadans should be amused at the notion of an off-road vehicle park. Or they should think they are living in a park.]

Site 300 has been the source of the occasional UFO. The site would blow something up or shoot their large projectile gun, then some yahoo would call the cops to report a UFO. There is a small arms range on the site that is pretty active.
