I was recenty looking over Glenn Campbell's list of identified DET 3 AFFTC Security Police ("Cammo Dudes") on his web site. See: http://www.ufomind.com/area51/org/security/ This list identifies security personnel who worked at Groom Lake in the early to mid-1990s. One of the names is David Daniel Palay. It seems likely that this is the same David D. Palay who perished at the controls of the Beech 1900 (N27RA) that crashed on 16 March 2004.
