My dad is convinced that there's some sort of a public access museum at Beale AFB- but I'm finding no record of it whatsoever. Can anyone tell me for sure what is there as far as drop-in public access is? Any good watching likely for someone with mediocre binoculars and no scanner? Any such thing as a good watching location in the SF Bay Area? Feel free to reply on the forum or email me. Thanks.
