hi all

the last time that i was driving in the area, it looked like some big dome-shaped building was under construction kind of near Hancock Summit. I thought i saw something about it being some kind of UFO research center or something.

Anyone know what this thing is, what they plan to do with it, and (most importantly) who is funding it?
