Could be a C-97 or KC-97. Both were in use when I was in USAF in early 60's. Other aircraft appear to be C-47(AC-47; EC-47) and a Canberra behind it.
Hard to tell at this resolution. There was at vegas McCarren field a prototype aircraft called the "Constitution", but it wasn't flyable (as far as I know), in other words, it is bigger that the B-29/B-50.
