The only bases we actively try to monitor here deal with Air Force or Intelligence platforms which are classified. So that's a little off topic here. There's a lot of sites that do have the kind of community you're looking for though, any search engine can direct you there. Have a look around the site here, if it interests you and you have any anecdotes that are in topic dealing with military aviation we'd be happy to hear from you.
