Well, everything being built/tested at the Base is UFO, because you don't know exactly what it is, because it doesn't exist officially. However, it is not coming from Alpha Centauri, but from Groom, Edwards etc. So basically this site _is_ about catching UFOs and making them just another _Identified_ toy in DoD arsenal. No ETI though ;)
