Yeah, considering it can deliever only a fraction of the payload from far less expensive and "primitive" aircraft. Sooner or later we will have to face the reality that we have an incredibly exotic array of weapons that have no comparable foe. We might have to ensure we keep a certain amount of aircraft that are more logical to fight in environments that are not high-tech. The Warthog, Harrier and Falcon will probably find they will have longer lifespans that originally dreamed.
