That would be a target airstrip in Range 74B. It is not marked on the Nellis Range Chart, but shows up on DeLorme TopoQuads 3D. Several targets are marked, and when you look closely you can see some craters in the target areas. For some reason the Terraserver coordinates are wrong, though. The actual coordinates are N37 24.2'/W116 14.5'
