Probably, the powers that be, haven't masterd it yet, and or they are afriad of the reality of a revelation, in other words researchers like me would figure it out possibly and would lead, obvisouly too a lot of tough questions too boot. Obvisouly this statement in the brookings report!, comes to mind.
