"DELAMAR DRY LAKE TEST ANX" is the mystery facility. I don't see any facility around the dry lake. It might refer to the military communications facility in the hills near Alamo.

It looks like the Beaty tracking station was knocked down, though the date caption on the photos showing the foundation is still 1961.

This has been covered a few times, but just to make sure there is no confusion, Delamar dry lake is what the pilots refer to as Texas Lake. It is not to be confused with the town of Delamar. To get to Delamar Dry Lake, you take Alamo Canyon Road ( N37.33318 W115.13871) and follow the best path.
