There were some unusual Janet flights from both Nellis and McCarran to the TTR today (Sunday). There is too much moonlight for an evening test. The moon sets at 1:58AM, which would be the likely time for a test to start. Here are the current notams, which may or may not be related. Note that LIDAT is a waypoint for flights to the TTR.
