Trust me...police radar detectors work! This last Red Flag my dad and I were driving the ET highway and about 15 miles from the HWY 6 turnoff, going toward Tonopah, our radar detector went off. It showed a max signal on the strength meter. About 3 seconds later 2 F-15's flew maybe 200 feet over the top of us. I think that must have been the 3rd or 4th time we were virtually killed that week.
