I sent out a warning to a few Vegas locals for that plane, but I guess I sent them on a wild goose chase. My understanding is the planes can change from IFR to VFR on the fly, and thus overfly their so-called destinations. I spent quite a bit of time trying to find one of these planes in Palmdale, only to learn it overflew PMD and went on to Pt. Mugu. The plane is one of a few operated by Lincoln Labs.
