Due to the terrain you are hard to track with cameras there. It may just be a precaution to make sure that you don't cross the line, which is less than a mile away. Same thing happens at the Bald Mtn. gates.

The truck is usually dispatched from the North Gate guard shack. Sometimes, when they don't have an extra vehicle at the Guard Shack, it takes them longer to show up. However, they always approach from below. So I assume the road inside the boundary there does not connect to the base, or is not being maintained.
