There is a store in the trailer. Eventually the store will be built on the concrete pad, but these guys are literally building the store themselves, so it may take a while. They won't have rooms for rent, but will do RV hookups eventually. The jerky guy lost his lawsuit against the county and I suspect that shop will never open up again. Getting back to the research center, I think the guy would make more money just running a real minimart. I don't think Hiko has one shop.
