Why shouldn't I believe you? You get something from the feds and you post it. Sounds straightfoward to me. I'm sure we could drag some of the AT controllers on this list into this, but I know someone who did military ATC. Not only do they record everything that goes out over the radio, the record all the conversations in the room. [Needless to say, no jokes were cracked.] I really can't see the FAA denying the transmission. What can they say? You heard sunspots? Beyond validating the transmission, I would not expect any more, but it never hurts to ask. Also remember the passur archive for that day was mysteriously purged.
