I don't believe the nuke trains will have an impact on the growth of Rachel. It does not take much personnel to maintain the line, and during construction I would expect workers to be housed in Tonopah or even in an unused part of TTR.

The impact, if any, will be negative, and most people in Rachel, myself included, are very strongly opposed to the currently favored route, which would have the nuke trains running through the north end of Sand Spring Valley.
