Here are the contents of an "interesting" letter from Washington, D.D., received by Gary Schultz in 1990, three months after Gary was detained and questioned for 3 and a half hours in front of the Guard Shack on Groom Lake Road:

WWT, Inc.
U.S. Government Data Correlation Office
Office of Foreign Relations
Frances Perkins Bldg.
200 Constitution Ave., N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20210

October 15, 1990

Mr. Gary Schultz
(address deleted)

Dear Mr. Schultz:

According to our representatives, you have expressed an interest of late in a particular geographical region.
We understand fully the concerns of ordinary citizens such as yourself, but rest assured, Mr. Schultz, your focus is quite unwarranted under the circumstances.
It may put your mind at ease to know that our elite panel of scientists, politicians and educators is very much on top of this situation.
At the same time, however, it's the consensus of these top flight personnel that your ongoing visits to the Southern Nevada region can serve no useful purpose, and may in fact subvert the common goal by disrupting the delicate matters at hand.

Therefore, we must ask you kindly to please refrain from making further visits to the region in question.
Most assuredly, we are doing everything possible to support the general welfare and achieve the interests of the community-at-large.
Your continued presence will only complicate matters and possibly sabotage the productive inroads made so far.
In any case, Mr. Schultz, we feel - and we're sure this is something with which you'd agree - that this matter is something clearly best left to professionals.
With the cooperation of loyal citizens, we feel confident that the United States can stay the course.

Sincerely,

(signed)
Wilson F. Hines III

(end quote).

After Mr. Schultz released this letter in later Octobe r of 1990, some people have sent letters to this address but apparently the letters came back.
Mr. Schultz still has a question:
What is WWT, Inc.?

According to Mr. Schultz, he got in touch with a Linda Howe who had told him that after checking around, there was a Wilson F. Hines III in Maryland. But no other details came forth.
