The road to Tikaboo is ok for 2wd, but that road is used by the cattle ranchers on probably a weekly basis.

Eventually the roads on the Worthington will degrade the higher you get. I can neither confirm nor deny that I was trimming branches on some of those roads since they hadn't seen a vehicle in a few years and I didn't want huge gashes in my truck nor broken windows. Since I never drove to the cave entrance, I can't comment on the road conditions. However, you never know what to expect. On my one and only trip down the Meadow Valley wash (for Tom Mahood's 928), the roads went from well groomed to the point where I had to get the shovel out and do some repairs.
