Two things to note here. One is HAARP denies this is their signal. Some say the signal was ANDVT, a sort of encrypted HF signal. However, I ran a spectral anaylsis on a sample of ANDVT and it does not match the UNID signal.

The other thing to keep in mind is that when these radio sits start talking about megawatt and gigawatts, the transmitter is not cranking out this power. Rather, there is gain from the antenna array, and the power is focus in a small area. They should be using the term ERP (effective radiated power).

The signal is gone for now.
