Actually I have thought of this before. If you had a lot of money and don't mind losing expensive equipment you could totally do this. You'd have to have the pictures relayed back to you because it would get shot down. As would whatever you used to fly it whether it be a remote controlled plane or whatever. In theory, yes this would work. In reality it probably wouldn't because that is several thousand dollars wasted on a few photos that might not even come out clearly.

Nice to know somebody else had my idea though. Ha ha...
