You can take the runway dimensions and divide by the number of pixels. I'd say we are seeing about 2 meter resolution. I'm sure they have better stuff but aren't giving it away.

I've seen the space imaging photos of San Francisco done from 40 degrees instead of overhead. They look like helicopter shots. IIRC, it was a 60 centimeter resolution shot.
