being good for Red Flag viewing. From what I can recall, this spot is near the pass where the planes fly into the range. It is an easy hike from
N37.52785 W115.74544 , where the road starts to turn into a trail. The location might be called the Johnson Mills.

Also, I believe the planes and choppers that hug the ridge fly near here heading towards the pass at
N37.55728 W115.75985
