Sounds like the modified F-5 being used for the Quiet Supersonic Platform program. See link and tell me if that's what you saw. As for the green F-117, it may have just completed Cat-D maintenance and not have been repainted in its RAM paint yet. I think all F-117 Cat-D is still carried out at Palmdale...can one of our regulars who is in the know on these matters confirm? Magoo
