Thank you for actually being concerned about getting permission for your shoot. Unfortunately many camera crews that come to Rachel aren't.
The only places on your list that require permission are:

- The Little A'Le'Inn: Contact Pat Travis at 775-729-2515
- The Black Mailbox
- The old Miner House about 5 miles north of Rachel (assuming that is what you are referring to, not sure about the "slime pool"). The house is now occupied.

All other places are on public land and do not require permission. No problem with pro film equipment at the gates, as long as you don't cross the line. It has been done many times.
