I just got back from a tour of the closed facility at Anniston Army Depot and viewed many, many, many M1A1 Abrams tanks at the refurbishment depot there, including some that was being repaired after battle damage. Also toured the Army Historical Clearinghouse and viewed everything from the stored guidons and colors from deactivated units to the triple A guns that lit the night skies over Bagdad. No photos were allowed, but seeing acres and acres of U.S. armor parked for endless rows, was an incedible experience.

Thanks again Joreg for the opportunity to lend a hand and keep DLR active and dynamic.
