This is certainly one of the more thought provoking posts I have seen in a long time, and one that seems to give "just enough" information to seem plausible. I wish I had something to contribute other than the recollection of a picture of a "special" F-16 inlet. The scoop had a single apex on the bottom that pointed forward, kinda like one of the those on the new UCAVs but on the bottom, not the top. I have only seen a single picture of this F-16 and it may have only been part of a bigger project. Add a thrust vectoring nozzle, get rid of the verticle stab, add a new inlet, and pretty soon you could get a capable, stealthy, relatively inexpensive aircraft. This is all conjecture on my part. Does anyone know of this inlet? I know I've seen a picture of it. RcTeller
