papoose mountain seen from the gravel

While parked at the gravel by the ET highway and fiddling with night vision, we detected a light coming from the restricted area. Doing a bit of work on the topo map, I believe the light is from the Papoose mountain facility. With no moon, you can see this light with your naked eye, even though it is 26 miles away. It appears to be on a nearby ridge at
N37 18.4 W115 40.0, but is on Papoose mountain at
N37 12.35 W115 50.43 (Joergs waypoint). FYI, the gravel is at N37 25.935 W115 26.698

After viewing this light from the gravel, I later scoped out the area from the power lines and saw no other light in the restricted area, so I am pretty sure the papoose facility is the source of light.

Incidentally, while parked on the gravel, the whacko beam turned on the clock light on my truck. This light is not turned on by a simple switch, but rather is comtrolled by a computer, so perhaps a strong RF pulse turned it on. Needless to say, blackF150 and myself were impressed.
