Are you indicating the guy was at area 51 due to the "detachment 3" in his resume? I did a google and found a detachment 3 at Nellis:

"In addition to the F-117 CTF, members of Edwards' 418th Flight Test Squadron's Detachment 3, located at Nellis, demonstrated the Situation Awareness Data Link, or SADL, on the HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter during JEFX02."

I'm not sure if that means area 51 or not.
