Poking around the net, this appears to be scheduled for a period between Aug 18th through the Aug 29th.

Everything I could find about the event indicates it will be held in Las Vegas. I gather the event is simulated, though they do real WMD training at the NTS with "open sources". [I was at the NTS once when a road block was set up to keep us at a safe distance from the radioactive source.] There have been other simulated events held around the country, so I'm leaning towards this event having nothing to do with the NTTR or the NTS, but you never know.
