We'll have to wait a short while, but when I get some new 1 meter satellite images taken on a clear day, runway numbers should be clearly visible if this is in fact a runway. Not shown on my addition to the satellite image that Joerg posted is an extended taxiway to the "scoot and hide" hangar from the new runway/taxiway (This showed up clearly in a clear area of a July 16, 2003 satellite image).
