I recently sent an FOIA request to tne National Imagery and Mapping Agency in Bethesda, MD. I knew there was a new chart but did not know there was a new stock number. NIMA corrected tne request and sent the new Nellis Test and Training Range Chart (NTTRC01) free of charge. It arrived in about two weeks.
