Would it make sense that anything leaving plant 42 on truck would be heading somewhere nearby (under 200 miles)? They can always use a cargo plane for long distance trips.

Perhaps a trip to a nearby RCS site?

It would of been useful to see the license plates on any of the vehicles to see if they look like the ones around Groom.
