I must say here, that with all due respect to the webmaster, unless we have exact SOP (standard Operating Procedure) Manuals, how can we say what is normal and what isn't. Ok from past witnesses etc we can form a basic SOP list but surely this would not include every possible sequence. From my own past experiences we were constantly re-writing the SOP's to deal with ever changing occurrences. Maybe this was a needs must delivery, or maybe it was just a good story. I think it a little off to jump so quickly to a conclusion about a place that has things and does things that we still don't know what they are... I saying this, does anyone have a recent satpic of the lead in roads that could locate the barricades, or provide the authors father with a base map, so he could draw his route and see if he remembers stuff like where he went... Just my opinion..
