Do you know which news source reports it has been refitted to carry diesel fuel tanks (flying bomb?)? How would that news source have access to such information? Why would the ones doing the converting allow that news source to broadcast it?
What rumour mill is pointing to Davis Monthan USAF as the destination? What would the motivation behind such a move be?
One needs to be careful about believeing everything that shows up in print...just cause someone published it, on the 'net or otherwise, don't make it the truth.
