A few questions...

* What supporting evidence is there upon which to base this 'theory' of yours?
* Where do you think this alternate base is located?
* What do you think they have at that base? "Colected UFO" is a little bit general.
* If there is such a base, how do they man it, feed it, maintain it etc without anyone knowing about it?

There is only so much desolate 'out of the way' land in the US where such a base can be located, and Groom is about as desolate and out of the way as you can get in the USA unless you consider the Alaskan tundra or an atoll in the Marshall Islands.
