Oops.... I said Command - actually "ALC" is Air Logistics CENTER not command - Sorry.
As far as the serial number, you have to know what numbers were assigned to which manufacturers and also the year. (see my email)
#26309 (90-26309) is assigned to Nellis. (66th RS)

BTW, it appears that 90-26223 is also assigned to "somewhere" in Nevada. [:')
