I believe that the words unwilling and unable are self explanatory.For what ever reason a person chooses not to divulge information that they may have aquired is certainly their right.It is their private property to do with as they choose.As I live in Phoenix and am able to travel to Rachel and explore the surrounding area 5 or 6 times a year I am sure that alot of the information that many people carry away from the area remains private,for whatever reason.If one is not happy with the depth of information available maybe they should do as some of us and travel to the area and see for themselves.
This post is not intended to start a flame war, but its just an opinion of one person that has been there frequently.
